I was romanced by a man online for 3 1/2 months. During time, he was arrested and needed some money for fines due. On February 8, 2012, I wired $200 to James B. Liabastre, 28, of Bonneau, South Carolina and was told via text message the money would be wired back to me on Friday, February 10, 2012. I have communicated with James several times and each time he assured me he would pay me that Friday. 59 days have now passed and James will no longer respond to text messages or answer phone calls. He is a user, an alcoholic, and a liar. He uses people to get what he can then stops communication with them. I have sent a demand letter for repayment of the loan plus interest and intend to file a small claims lawsuit if he does not pay after receiving the demand letter. BEWARE OF JAMES B. LIABASTRE OR JAMIE LIABASTRE!! He will take advantage of single, successful, trusting women!
